Replaceable precision spindle

To provide quick assistance in case of damage, the spindle, designed as a cartridge, can be quickly removed and installed. Only high-quality ball bearings are used for the high-performance spindle. Oversized disc springs, tested for durability, securely hold your tool in the spindle.

Due to the high retraction forces of the springs, the tool remains in position, which improves tool life, allows for higher material removal rates, and reduces vibrations. The precision spindle can be easily and cost-effectively equipped with a preparation for internal coolant supply.

Directly coupled servo motors

The servo motors of the V-series are connected to the ball screws via rigid shaft couplings. This ensures dynamic interpolating machining even under heavy loads.

Linear guides with roller bearings

The linear guides of the VMC series are equipped with roller bearings. This increases rigidity and stability. In addition, smoother guiding behavior is achieved, which is particularly crucial for high accuracy requirements and heavy loads.

Tool changer with double-arm gripper

The tool changer is shielded from the work area. An automatic door prevents chips from reaching the tapered clamping surfaces.

An encoder directly attached to the motor of the high-performance precision spindle is a prerequisite for synchronization with the Z-axis movement. Thread compensating chucks are no longer required.

Automatic tool change system

The dynamic change system activates the blow-out of the tool station in the magazine as well as the tool shank for accurate positioning.

Ballbar test

The machines are tested with the highly accurate Ballbar test. This test proves that each machine meets the accuracy requirements in a three-dimensional plane.
