MSC stands for Mechanical Engineering Service Consulting and still represents the company’s focus today. The company is DIN ISO 9001 certified and has been one of the TOP A-suppliers for renowned machine builders and automotive suppliers for years.

For the production of a pump cylinder, MSC relies on our Litz TM 2500 S turn-mill center. The extremely high demands on spatial accuracy are accompanied by an enormous scope of machining. Many operations are performed with 24 tools. Each tool must be perfectly calibrated, and the machine’s positioning repeatability is subject to the highest requirements. This is not a problem for us.

Reliable manufacturing is carried out for companies in the automotive and mechanical engineering industries. The specialization lies in the high-precision production of medium-sized series and individual parts.

The company has 34 employees and 22 CNC machine tools for turning and milling. Approximately 1,500 m² of production space is available, plus a design office and administrative rooms. The company is certified according to DIN ISO 9001 and has been one of the TOP A-suppliers for renowned machine builders and automotive suppliers for years.

At our customer Kappler Fertigungstechnik, our Litz LU-620 delivers peak performance every day. The components often require extensive machining and have the highest demands for accuracy, axis alignment, and surface quality.

This is not an issue for us: With an unbeatable price-performance ratio and the shortest ROI, we were able to clearly outperform competitors.
